2. Description of Service
Vazmora is a document processing platform that provides text extraction, image extraction, table extraction, translation, rich text editing, and AI chat for PDF documents.
3. Account Registration
You must register an account to use certain features. You agree to provide accurate information and are responsible for safeguarding your password and all activities under your account.
4. Credits and Payment
Vazmora uses a credit-based pricing model. Credits are purchased in advance and deducted as you use services. Per-page costs: Text (1¢), Images (2¢), Tables (2¢), Translation (8¢), Editing (5¢). Chat is free. Credits are non-refundable once purchased, except as required by law.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, upload infringing content, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the Service, use automated means without consent, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service is owned by Vazmora. You retain ownership of documents you upload. By using the Service, you grant Vazmora a limited license to process your documents solely for providing the Service.
7. Data Processing
We do not use your content for AI training. See our Privacy Policy for details.
8. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vazmora shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed amounts paid in the past twelve months.
10. Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
11. Termination
We may terminate your account for violations. You may terminate by contacting us.
12. Changes
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
